1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you're not satisfied with PixGuard, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • You purchased credits that have not been substantially used (>80% unused)
  • The service did not meet the described functionality
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented service use

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • You have used more than 20% of purchased credits
  • You violated our Terms of Service
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for abuse
  • You simply changed your mind after using the service extensively

4. Partial Refunds

If you've used some credits but are still within the 14-day window, we may offer a pro-rated partial refund based on unused credits:

Refund Amount = (Unused Credits / Total Credits) × Purchase Price

Example: If you purchased 250 credits for $20 and used 50 credits:

Refund = (200 / 250) × $20 = $16.00

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and Paddle transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle within 2-3 business days
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (bank-dependent)
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
  • Your account will be credited back any deducted credits if applicable

7. Free Credits (Signup Bonus)

The 100 free credits provided upon signup are:

  • Non-refundable (they were free)
  • Non-transferable
  • Will be deducted first before paid credits are used

8. Technical Issues and Service Outages

If our service experiences:

  • Extended outages (>24 hours): We will provide credit compensation
  • Data loss: We will refund affected transactions
  • Billing errors: We will correct and refund immediately

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • All credits will be frozen
  • We will provide transaction records to the payment processor
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly - please give us a chance to help before escalating.

10. Account Termination and Remaining Credits

If you delete your account:

  • Unused credits are forfeited (no refund)
  • Exception: Credits purchased within the last 14 days are refundable (see Section 2)
  • You can request to keep your account inactive instead of deletion to preserve credits

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect refund requests already submitted. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
